Terms of Service

1. Parties and Scope

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the QGIS WPS Service, operated by:

By registering or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

QGIS WPS Service is a cloud-based platform that allows users to run QGIS Processing models (.model3 files) as OGC API Processes via a REST API.

⚠ The Service is currently in beta / testing phase. Features may change and availability is not guaranteed.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for your password and all activity under your account. Minimum age: 16 years.

4. Plans and Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Price changes are announced with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to process data infringing third-party rights, process personal data without legal basis, overload infrastructure, or resell access.

6. Your Data and Models

You retain all rights to your .model3 files and geodata.

✓ Pro and Enterprise: Geodata is processed in memory only – no persistent storage on our servers.

Free plan: Job data is stored temporarily for up to 24 hours, then automatically deleted.

7. Public Models

Models marked as "public" are accessible to all registered users. You confirm you have the right to publish them.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months.

9. Termination

You may delete your account via the Profile page. Your data will be deleted within 30 days of termination.

10. Governing Law

Swiss law applies. Jurisdiction: Canton of Bern.

11. Changes

Material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
